What is Osteopathy, and how can it help you?
-
Osteopaths believe everyone can benefit from a tailored, whole-person approach to health. They use their expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis and management of the entire musculoskeletal system and its relationship with other systems in the body.

-
Osteopaths take the time to understand your individual history, circumstances and unique physiology and provide a package of care that is tailored to your needs. This can include manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, screening and general health advice.

-
They also work closely with other healthcare professionals such as consultants, GPs, nurses, midwives, and other Allied Health Professionals.

Milly uses a range of techniques including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations, muscle energy technique, KT-taping, exercise prescription, and lifestyle advice. She does not, however tend to use much manipulation (cracking!).

-
She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, from neck pain to age-related conditions such as arthritis. Milly is recognised for her calm and gentle and patient approach, especially with those who may be anxious about treatment.
